The role:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Making outbound calls, sending emails, and following up on leads
  • Attending client meetings and networking events (with support!)
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
  • Hitting monthly sales targets
  • Working closely with senior team members to develop strategy and improve processes
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

 

The candidate:

  • Friendly, confident, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • A great communicator – you’ll be speaking to all sorts of people
  • Ambitious, with a real desire to grow professionally and financially
  • Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is great – but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you the tools!
