£25,000 – £26,000 Commission (£400 per month)
 
Our client dominates the tech industry offering digital solutions to businesses across the UK. They are now entering an exciting new phase of strategic growth and innovation. Due to this, they are looking for a Sales Support to join their successful team.
 
The role
 

  • Process customer orders, monitor progress, and manage leads
  • Use CRM systems to follow up and close leads
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to grow new and existing accounts
  • Liaise across departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Generate quotes and respond to product enquiries
  • Craft professional written communications
  • Achieve sales targets while providing a positive customer experience
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

 
The candidate
 

  • Experience in customer service or sales focused roles
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Target-oriented with a can do attitude
  • Experience using a CRM preferred
  • Passionate about delivering great results and customer experiences
