The candidate
- Confident and ambitious.
- Comfortable making high volume outbound sales calls
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Hunter mentality is essential
- Must be happy to work from the office full time for the first 6 months, hybrid options thereafter
The role
- Making high volume outbound sales to conduct fact finds and ultimately book meetings for sales reps
- Converting leads into meetings
- Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity
- Update CRM with prospect notes and contact details where necessary
- Working alongside marketing, generating mailshots to follow up on
- Working to KPI’s
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
