Joanne has been with her current employer since 2021 where she acts as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. Her role is mixed as she handles queries via the phone but also face to face.  

Joanne also supports the finance team when she is needed as has some experience supporting the Finance Manager in term of purchase and sales ledger. 

Joanne is an all-rounder who enjoys getting involved in all areas of the business.
