Location: High Wycombe
Hours: 25–30 per week (part time)
Pay: £13–£15 per hour, dependent on experience


We are recruiting a part-time Administrator to support a busy and growing team in High Wycombe. This role is well-suited to someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with customers and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
  • Raising invoices
  • Support the sales team with administration and daily tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure high standards of organisation and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or order processing environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Comfortable using IT systems and handling data accurately
