Are you an organised, detail-loving Contracts Administrator looking for your next challenge in a global business? Whether you are early in your career or already have contract admin experience, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading IT workplace solutions company.
This is not your average administration job, you will be supporting both clients and contracts while working alongside a friendly, supportive team.
The role
- Following workflows to process client and contract requests from start to finish
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and commercial agreements
- Keeping contract records accurate and up to date
- Liaising with internal teams and external clients to keep things running smoothly
- Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking
- Handling calls and emails with professionalism
- Being the go-to support for the wider client services and contracts teams
The candidate
- Previous admin or client services experience (essential); contract admin experience is a big plus!
- Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator who can handle both written and verbal communication with ease.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and other CRM systems.
- Someone proactive, reliable, and happy working both independently and as part of a team
