Are you an organised, detail-loving Contracts Administrator looking for your next challenge in a global business? Whether you are early in your career or already have contract admin experience, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading IT workplace solutions company.
This is not your average administration job, you will be supporting both clients and contracts while working alongside a friendly, supportive team.
 
The role 
 

  • Following workflows to process client and contract requests from start to finish
  • Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and commercial agreements
  • Keeping contract records accurate and up to date 
  • Liaising with internal teams and external clients to keep things running smoothly
  • Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking
  • Handling calls and emails with professionalism 
  • Being the go-to support for the wider client services and contracts teams

 
The candidate
 

  • Previous admin or client services experience (essential); contract admin experience is a big plus!
  • Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who can handle both written and verbal communication with ease.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and other CRM systems. 
  • Someone proactive, reliable, and happy working both independently and as part of a team
