We are recruiting a part-time Administrator to support a busy and growing team in High Wycombe. This role is well-suited to someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with customers and ensuring processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
- Raising invoices
- Support the sales team with administration and daily tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure high standards of organisation and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or order processing environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable using IT systems and handling data accurately
