We are recruiting on behalf of a world-leading provider of IT workplace solutions—a multi-billion-pound tech company serving clients across a wide range of industries. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Administrator to support their contracts and commercial operations team.

The role:

• Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining a variety of contracts and commercial agreements
• Managing contract records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding contract queries
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legal requirements
• Providing administrative support to the wider contracts and commercial team
• Handling incoming calls and email queries professionally and efficiently
• Assisting with invoice management and debtor chasing across a defined portfolio

The candidate:

• Previous experience in contract administration or a similar commercial support role
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
• Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Reliable, proactive, and methodical in your approach
