We are recruiting on behalf of a global tech business who due to growth are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts & Billing Manager to take ownership of client revenue operations on a key engagement. The Role
 

• Lead and manage the Revenue Team, ensuring high performance and efficiency
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including setup, amendments, and compliance
• Manage all billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Monitor revenue performance, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics
• Maintain data integrity across systems
• Drive continuous process improvement using data and tools like Power BI
• Act as escalation point for customer queries and complaints
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support finance

 
The Candidate
 

• Must hold a Full UK Driver Licence
• Proven experience in contracts, billing, or revenue operations
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and ESOD is advantageous
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI
• High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
