The Role

 

This is a customer-focused position where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Updating and maintaining customer records on the CRM system
  • Working closely with colleagues across different departments
  • Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Providing general ad hoc administration

 

The Candidate

 

No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is integral to the success of this role.
