Your responsibilities 

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel Including advanced functions (eg. VLOOKUP, PivotTables.
  • Excellent attention to details, with a numbers mind. 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in Excel.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyse performance. 
  • Good written and verbal communicator. 
  • Deal with email and phone queries. 
  • Credit control and processing expenses

The candidate 

  • Strong attention to details and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experienced using Sage 50 
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management. 
  • Numbers minded. 
  • Enjoys working within a team and is a team player 
  • Experience within Administration, Data entry, Excel input, Reconciliation.
