Employal is working with an established manufacturing business who due to growth is looking to add a Production Support Coordinator to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a customer supporting role.
The role
- Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for projects using bespoke software
- Handling technical queries from clients via phone and email
- Processing orders and passing accurate details onto the Production team
- Updating bespoke CRM daily
- Providing day-to-day support to the external field sales team
- Assisting the production team to ensure smooth project delivery
The candidate
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with bespoke software/CRM systems
- A proactive team player who can support multiple departments
