Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? 
Our client is an established businesses that has proudly served its customers for over 30 years. 
They are now looking to welcome a Sales Administrator to their close-knit team This is a permanent, office-based role allowing the right candidate to choose their hours.
 
The role:
 

  • Handling inbound customer calls and taking orders
  • Processing and printing customer orders
  • Responding to customer and supplier emails
  • Ordering stock and coordinating deliveries
  • Providing and chasing customer quotations
  • Taking card payments and recording transactions accurately
  • Updating customer accounts and inputting payments
  • Managing petty cash
  • Promoting products and identifying buying signals

 
The candidate:
 

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or sales support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Confident with numbers and handling financial transactions
  • Experience using Sage software is advantageous, but not essential
  • A team player who enjoys working in an office-based role
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
