We are recruiting on behalf of an established marketing agency who due to business growth is looking to recruit a Senior SEO Executive to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
 
This position is ideal for someone who is confident in their SEO ability and wants to take full responsibility for performance and is motivated by results, not just task completion. It is a hands-on delivery position where you will be trusted to drive outcomes and make a measurable impact.
 
The role
 
You will take ownership of SEO performance across client accounts, focusing on what drives growth.
 

• Lead keyword research that goes beyond volume, focused on intent, opportunity, and revenue
• Optimise content for rankings, user experience, and conversion
• Apply SEO principles
• Architect internal linking strategies that strengthen and distribute authority effectively
• Proactively identify, prioritise, and resolve technical SEO issues using industry
• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure SEO is built into projects
• Own performance tracking across rankings, traffic, and key commercial metrics
• Turn data into clear, actionable strategies that move performance forward
• Communicate insights with clarity

 
The candidate
 

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on SEO experience within an agency is desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of, On-page SEO, search intent and content optimisation
• Confident using GSC, GA4, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Ability to work alone and in a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Fast and methodical worker
• Commercial awareness, you understand how SEO drives leads and revenue
