Our client
A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an entry level candidate who is often described as a “people person” to join a progressive business.
The role

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers
  • Managing live accounts, including taking orders, answering general account queries and proving quotes
  • Providing excellent customer service 
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Using bespoke CRM to raise quotes/ handle general account queries
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls

The candidate

  • A bubbly confident personality
  • Ideally some commercial working experience
  • Comfortable selling to customers over the phone
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience isn’t everything, as long as you have the right work ethic, we want to hear from you
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ideally an interest in social media
  • The ability to communicate at all levels
