Sales Administrator

Nottinghamshire £24,000 Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm   The client My client is a reputable construction business who due to business growth is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis. Recognised as a market leader you will join an established team where no two days are the same!   The role
  • Acting as the first point of contact for both new and existing customer
  • Processing orders and raising quotations
  • Providing updates product availability as well as delivery ETA
  • Updating bespoke CRM
  • Handling queries via online chat, phone and email
  • Raising invoices
  • Handling both credit and cash accounts
  • Chasing quotations
  • Providing excellent customer service
  The candidate
  • Customer focused with the ability to operate in a pressurised environment
  • Previous experience within a construction business would be advantageous
  • An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Highly numerate with attention to detail
  • Highly organised, good communicator and team worker
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking and flexible
