Our client is a growing digital marketing agency that is looking for their next Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a genuine passion for SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.

This role would suit someone who is actively involved in SEO and PPC daily, enjoys analysing performance data, and understands how digital marketing channels work together to drive results.

 

If you live and breathe search marketing, stay up to date with algorithm updates, understand what drives campaign performance, and can confidently explain why rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions change, this could be the role for you.

 

The Role

 

Within this role you will take ownership of SEO while also supporting PPC and wider digital marketing initiatives. You will sit at the heart of the business working closely with Sales, Account Management, and clients to ensure digital marketing strategies are commercially aligned, effective, and scalable.

 

  • Manage SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts 
  • Conduct website audits and develop SEO strategies 
  • Deliver technical, on-page, and off-page SEO improvements 
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning 
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions to identify opportunities 
  • Create, optimise, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads 
  • Support landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvements 
  • Provide SEO and PPC support to the Sales team 
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery 
  • Support wider digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and lead generation channels 
  • Assist with content creation, website updates, and campaign execution 
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance across multiple channels 
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve overall marketing effectiveness and ROI

 

The Candidate

 

This role would suit someone who is currently working as a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Executive, PPC Executive, or similar title, but who is hands-on with SEO and digital marketing every day.

 

  • 12-18 months’ experience in SEO, PPC, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency 
  • Experience within SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, AWR Cloud, and Google Sheets 
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and best practices 
  • Experience with on-page and off page SEO 
  • Knowledge of PPC campaign management and optimisation 
  • Understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Passionate about digital marketing and continuous learning
