My client is a telecommunications business who is now looking to recruit an experienced IT professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the wider business with all day-to-day queries. This could be IT administration, setting up new users, hardware issues including first line support issues. 
Working with a ticket system you will support a team of 140.
Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact for any IT issues 
  • Quick response to technical queries 
  • Respond to tickets and emails in a prompt manner 
  • Provide remote support and guidance to users 
  • Document support activities effectively 
  • Aid the implementation of IT projects and upgrades
  • Install, complete and maintain computer systems

The Candidate 

  • Experience in a similar IT role
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques
  • Able to work independently
  • Exceptional communication and customer service 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
