Business Development Executive

Leicester (Hybrid) Monday – Friday £27,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission   The Client My client is a national logistics organisation employing over 15,000 people across the UK and Ireland. Due to significant growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced sales professional to join them in their busy Leicester office.   The Role
  • Generate a sales pipeline, tracking and managing the complete sales process end to end
  • Communicating with in/outbound leads via multiple channels
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to cross sell opportunities business wide
  • Working to KPI’s
  • Raising quotations
  • Liaising with the Sales Director to solidify sales forecasting for the business on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Attend client meetings when necessary
  • Producing monthly reports and presenting to the board quarterly
  The Candidate
  • A proven track record of B2B sales selling a product or service
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Able to source sales leads, cold and warm calling
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to think outside of the box to get ahead of the competitors and improve the quality of service to customers
  • Strong mathematics
