It hardly seems real that tomorrow is the day we turn 2 months old 🤯. In that short time, we’ve quadrupled our team and helped so many candidates find their dream role! Wow. We really can’t believe how far we come in this time. And we’re not stopping! 

Today, we’re welcoming another specialist recruitment consultant. With Carly Roe joining the team! 

A Little Bit About Our Sales and Service Expert. 

Carly’s career has really varied. She started off running her own chip shop, handling all the trials and tribulations that come with managing a business as well as running the marketing and of course, the recruitment. After making some money and getting on the property ladder (at age 20), she left the chip shop to pursue her degree. However, missed the working world. So, when the opportunity to gain some hands-on account management and marketing experience she jumped at the chance.  

After gaining some experience she wanted a new challenge, so delved into the world of commercial recruitment. Even though she hadn’t previously worked in a sales environment, Carly quickly learnt the ropes and soon found success.  

What will Carly Specialise In? 

She quickly identified the vertical she wanted to work in: Sales and Service. So, can recruit across many roles within this area including: 

  • Sales 
  • Admin 
  • Client Relations 
  • Customer Service 
  • Customer Success 
  • Account Management 

Like our other recruiters, she recruits entry-level through to senior leadership positions on a permanent or Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis.

Carly really took to recruitment like a duck to water. She’s successfully built lasting relationships with clients and works in partnership with them, focusing on the needs of her clients and candidates to find long-term success. Rather than shoe horning solutions for ease. The proof is in the pudding really and she takes her role very seriously – not delivering just isn’t an option. 

Off the back of her hard work, she won an award for Newcomer of the Year at her previous role and has been recognised as a top performer throughout her career, she truly embraced 360 Recruitment and the hurdles that it puts in front of you.

The aim will be to get out and meet as many clients and candidates as possible. So that she can bring to life how our service can benefit other businesses. As Carly works in one vertical, it means that she’s constantly got a talent pool to fill similar positions. So, can work quickly to fill roles but without ever compromising on quality. As it’s her work mission to continue feeding that talent pool with the best talent.
